<p><p><b>Role : </b>Solution Architect No-Code/Low-Code Platforms<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 10+ years (with strong expertise in No-Code/Low-Code platforms)<br/><br/> <b>Location :</b> Indore, India<br/><br/> <b>Employment Type :</b> Full-time<br/><br/><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect specializing in No-Code/Low-Code (NCLC) platforms to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of digital transformation solutions across our enterprise.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on expertise in platforms such as Tulip Interfaces, Microsoft Power Apps, Salesforce Lightning, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and innovative business solutions.<br/><br/>This role requires a blend of technical depth, business acumen, and leadership skills to bridge the gap between IT and business teams, while ensuring compliance, scalability, and governance of deployed solutions.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Solution Architecture & Design :</b><br/><br/>- Define and own the overall architecture for enterprise-grade solutions using No-Code/Low-Code platforms.<br/><br/>- Evaluate business requirements and map them to optimal platform solutions (Tulip, Power Apps, Mendix, etc.<br/><br/>- Create high-level and detailed solution blueprints, integration patterns, and data flow designs.<br/><br/><b>Platform Expertise & Delivery :</b><br/><br/>- Provide hands-on leadership in designing applications across diverse platforms such as Tulip Interfaces for manufacturing, Power Apps for enterprise workflows, and Salesforce Lightning for CRM solutions.<br/><br/>- Establish reusable components, templates, and governance frameworks for rapid application delivery.<br/><br/>- Guide teams in configuring, customizing, and extending NCLC platforms.<br/><br/><b>Integration & Scalability :</b><br/><br/>- Architect integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, MES, PLM, databases, APIs).<br/><br/>- Ensure solutions are scalable, high-performing, and adhere to security/compliance standards (GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, etc., where relevant).<br/><br/><b>Stakeholder Management :</b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate prototypes, and refine solutions.<br/><br/>- Partner with IT, security, and compliance teams to align architecture with organizational standards.<br/><br/>- Mentor development teams and evangelize best practices for NCLC adoption across the enterprise.<br/><br/><b>Governance & Innovation :</b><br/><br/>- Define standards for citizen development, ensuring balance between agility and enterprise-grade control.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on emerging NCLC technologies and recommend innovative approaches for digital transformation.<br/><br/>- Contribute to platform selection and vendor assessments.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/><b>Education :</b> Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 10+ years of overall IT/digital solution delivery experience.<br/><br/>- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting and deploying applications on multiple No-Code/Low-Code platforms.<br/><br/>- Strong track record in delivering solutions using platforms such as Tulip Interfaces, Power Apps, Salesforce Lightning, Mendix, Zoho Creator, Quick Base, AppSheet, Airtable, Bubble, Webflow, Xano, Kissflow, Quixy, Clappia.<br/><br/>- Expertise in enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data modeling.<br/><br/>- Experience with governance, security, and compliance frameworks in regulated industries (e.g., Pharma/Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare) is highly desirable.<br/><br/><b>Key Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Deep understanding of No-Code/Low-Code application development lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Strong skills in solution architecture, system integration, and data modeling.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their integration with NCLC solutions.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in workflow automation, UI/UX best practices, and digital process optimization.<br/><br/>- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to mentor citizen developers and establish CoE (Center of Excellence) practices.<br/><br/><b>Desired Skills and Experience : </b>Tulip, Any Programming Language</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
